I am Dominik Weiss — a project manager, marketing specialist, entrepreneur and sailor based in Mahón, Menorca.
My work connects yacht development, real estate, brand strategy and life by the sea. I combine project coordination with marketing, business development, digital communication, visual content and hands-on operational experience.
I believe successful projects require more than a good idea. They need clear direction, strong presentation, disciplined execution and the ability to connect design, functionality and commercial reality.
My experience also includes sailing, boat operations, property management, photography, videography, drone production and premium digital content creation. Living and working in the Mediterranean allows me to understand these industries not only from behind a desk, but directly from the marina, the property and the surrounding environment.

I provide DJ services and music production for private events, hospitality venues, yacht experiences, brand activations and lifestyle projects.
My musical approach is focused on creating the right atmosphere for each setting, from relaxed sunset sessions and elegant lounge environments to high-energy private events. I also work on music concepts, curated playlists, edits and original productions tailored to specific brands, venues and experiences.
